Privacy Policy

This policy describes, in plain narrative form, how Niyaga Pizegi ("we," "us," or "the program") handles information gathered through this website and through participation in our coaching program. We are a small, US-based coaching business operating out of Cincinnati, Ohio, and this document is meant to be genuinely readable rather than a wall of legal boilerplate.

When you visit this site, browse pages, or fill out the contact form, we collect a modest amount of information. This typically includes the personal information you voluntarily submit, such as your name, email address, and the content of any message you send us, along with some automatically collected technical data like browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited.

We use this information for a narrow set of purposes: responding to inquiries, evaluating fit for the coaching program, sending information you've requested, and understanding in general terms how visitors use the site so we can keep it working well. We do not use the information to build detailed profiles for resale, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.

Some technical data is gathered through cookies and similar technologies, described in more detail in our separate Cookie Policy. Where required, we ask for your consent before enabling non-essential cookies, and you can adjust your preferences at any time through the cookie panel accessible from any page on this site.

We share information only in limited circumstances: with service providers who help us operate the site or manage communications under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not share personal information with advertisers for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which, as noted above, we do not engage in as a matter of practice. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Residents of other US states with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah, may have similar rights under their respective state statutes. We aim to honor comparable requests regardless of your state of residence, within the bounds of what is operationally reasonable for a small business.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner inconsistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.

Questions about this policy or requests regarding your personal information can be directed to us at [email protected], by phone at +1 513-381-6555, or by mail at 119 E Court St, Cincinnati, OH.
