By accessing this website or enrolling in any coaching cohort offered by Niyaga Pizegi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the site and refrain from enrolling.

2. Description of Service

Niyaga Pizegi provides an educational coaching program consisting of live group video sessions, asynchronous written feedback on submitted work, and related informational materials, intended for independent data analysts interested in advisory-oriented client work. This is an educational service, and nothing provided constitutes financial, legal, tax, or business consulting advice specific to your circumstances.

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

Participation in the coaching program is intended for adults operating as independent contractors, freelancers, or small business owners. Enrollment details, timing, and available spots are communicated directly and are subject to change or availability at our discretion.

4. User Submissions

During the program, participants may submit work product, including drafts, proposals, and client deliverables, for feedback. You retain ownership of any work product you submit. By submitting it, you grant facilitators and cohort peers a limited license to view and comment on that material solely for the purpose of providing feedback within the program.

You are responsible for ensuring that any work product you submit does not violate confidentiality obligations owed to your own clients. Please redact or anonymize sensitive client information before submitting materials for group feedback.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Program content is provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee particular business results, client acquisition, income changes, or professional outcomes from participation, as individual results depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Materials provided as part of the program, including session content, worksheets, and frameworks such as those described on the Engagement Blueprint page, remain the intellectual property of Niyaga Pizegi. Participants may use these frameworks in their own client work but may not redistribute, resell, or repackage the materials themselves without written permission.

7. Payment and Refunds

Program fees, payment schedules, and any applicable refund conditions are communicated directly at the time of enrollment and are governed by the specific enrollment agreement provided at that time, which supplements these general terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Ohio law, Niyaga Pizegi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in the program, including but not limited to lost business opportunities or client relationships.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or ongoing participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
