Format & schedule

Two live sessions a week, eight weeks straight

Here's the actual rhythm of the program: what happens on calls, what happens between them, and what you're expected to bring each week.

The weekly rhythm

Tuesdays and Fridays, plus feedback in between

Tuesday Working Session

Roughly 75 minutes, live over video. A short teaching segment on that week's concept, followed by structured group practice. Sessions are kept small enough for actual back-and-forth, not a webinar.

Friday Feedback Circle

A live critique session. Two or three analysts bring a real deliverable each week, and the group works through it together with a facilitator guiding the conversation toward specific, usable feedback.

Async Submission Window

Between sessions, you submit a piece of real client work through a shared workspace. Written feedback comes back before the next Tuesday session so you can apply it immediately.

Time Commitment

Roughly four to six hours a week total: two live sessions plus preparation and feedback review. There's no daily homework, just steady, weekly work on real material.

Who's in the room

Small cohorts of working analysts

Groups are kept deliberately small. Everyone in a given cohort is already doing independent or freelance analytics work of some kind, whether that's contract data analysis, fractional analytics support, or running a small analytics practice solo. The point isn't credentials, it's that everyone has something real to work with.

Sessions are led by a facilitator with a background in analytics consulting, and feedback in the circles comes from both the facilitator and peers. Hearing how three other analysts would frame the same finding is often as useful as the facilitator's notes.
